I stayed in the Mansion Estates Junior Suite for 3 nights. The bed was super comfy, and I loved having that little outdoor space. It was nice to do laundry right next to our room, and the green areas around made it feel relaxing. However, the room felt a bit outdated, and some amenities could use a refresh.

However, some service aspects fell short. The staff seemed unsure about various services, often saying 'I don't know' when I asked questions. Also, the check-in process felt disorganized. I expected to be in a one-bedroom suite based on my reservation but received a junior room instead. Overall, the accommodations were nice but the customer service left something to be desired.

Plus, the staff were just top-notch all around, especially Carlton who made us feel right at home. Can't forget the fab facilities for lounging and sipping in the sun, giving off those chill Napa vibes.
