Do yourself a favor and check out the food at The Grill and the Mansion Bar—seriously mouth-watering! Plus, the staff were just top-notch all around, especially Carlton who made us feel right at home. Can't forget the fab facilities for lounging and sipping in the sun, giving off those chill Napa vibes.

The staff here really stood out. they were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Breakfast at The Grill was delicious, especially the brussels sprouts. However, some service aspects fell short. The staff seemed unsure about various services, often saying 'I don't know' when I asked questions. Also, the check-in process felt disorganized. I expected to be in a one-bedroom suite based on my reservation but received a junior room instead. Overall, the accommodations were nice but the customer service left something to be desired.
